Today's event was a great meteopr, a so-called Boliden, that passed over southern Sweden and Denmark, and perhaps northern Germany, at 20.10. Thousands of people saw the play and called UFO-Sweden, AFRAID OF FLYING no, SMHI and the local papers. Most calls were enough Sydsvenskan also called me so that I was told what happened. A colleague at the DN saw it from Hälsingland and described the experience in an email to me. Boliden came from the east and went west, low over the horizon from his observation site:
"Tonight at eight time saw my wife and I a curious and very sharp light just north of Söderhamn in southern Hälsingland. We went on E4 just north of Alebo Sea where we saw a suddenly FLARE-UP objects for in a bow to the earth and left behind a green light in its tracks. When the object disappeared on the horizon / tree line flaming it to cool. This time the orange color, which fire. The course was very fast and the object appeared to be between 5 and 15 km away. There appeared to be quite large. My wife argues that the size was comparable to a commercial jet. "
From Denmark heard Ole Henningsen themselves with several reports.
